While filling out the wholesale application, it is necessary to attach a business license PDF file or Screenshot so we can verify your business.
All customers must register for a wholesale account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Minimum order quantities and case sizes may apply and are subject to change without notice. Orders below the minimum threshold may not be accepted or may incur a handling fee. Wholesale customers are required to make at least a $300 purchase in each order. The order value below this amount will not be processed.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Accepted payment methods include ACH,or credit card via the online website transaction. Orders will not ship until payment is received.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately, depending on fulfillment terms. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

You may use official On7 product photos and descriptions for resale and promotion only. You may not create unauthorized branding or misleading product claims. All brand assets remain the intellectual property of Occurs Naturally LLC.
